The white part of this background is the transparent part. There are so many colours that will fit - light colours are best. Check these out:

white #ffffff | turquoise #f2ffff | blue #f2f2ff
green #f2fff2 | pink #fff2f2 | purple #fff2ff
yellow #fffff2 | grey #f2f2f2

Obviously, choosing black as the background colour would defeat the purpose of this background. But if you are looking for outrageous try a red background (#ff0000) or bright yellow (#ffff00).

Remember, to change the colour of any transparent background, all you have to do is change the BGCOLOR within the BODY command to the desired colour.
