Looks hard but isn't...
MouseOver buttons are found everywhere on the Net. To the HTML beginner they
seem difficult, but, with a little bit of effort, MouseOvers can be a lot of fun.
If you don't have a JavaScript to make MouseOvers,
you can find cookbook style instructions in text format by
clicking here for Netscape users. If
you are using MSIE you cannot view this text file in your browser. MSIE users, please right click here and save the file to
your computer. You may then view it in any text editor (Notepard, Wordpad etc).
Two graphics are required for every MouseOver - the graphic when the mousepointer
is on and the one when the mouse is off. For example, place your mouse pointer on the
graphic below to view the second graphic.
To make your life even easier, we made MouseOver
[0] as an example. So you can save this HTML page (and the
graphics of course) and test your MouseOver abilities while offline.
IMPORTANT: MouseOvers work only in JavaScript enabled browsers -
MSIE4+ and Netscape 3+
